In the book, Good to Great, author Jim Collins, writes about having all the right people on the bus. However, this presumes that the bus is healthy as well. Unfortunately, many buses or organizations are sick or toxic to their riders or employees. Just ask those who have experienced illness after a taking a cruise ship.

IBS for businesses creates a toxic environment of reactionary behavior instead of proactive behavior. Eventually, even healthy employees may suffer from human IBS due to the additional stress from the workplace.
