My son had started getting acne when he was about 15 years old. He was a straight a student and very popular in school. However this changed. I noticed a change in him around the time he turned 16, he started to get a few b's on his report card and he seemed to be in his room studying all the time. I had brought him lots of different acne products but none of them seemed to completely clear the problem. He did not tell me he was bothered by it nor did I suspect anything. He was not as social as he had been but I put it down to his age he was growing up and was not confiding in me as much. I tried talking to him about his grades and why some of his friends were not comming over any more, he told me his two best friends had moved away and most of the other kids at school were jerks as he put it. Again I put it down to teenage rebellion and continued to try to get him to open up. One day while doing laundry I was putting away his clothes in his room. I am not a snoop and do not routinely go through his personal items but I saw a book on his desk and I started to read it. Thank goodness I did. It was his version of a journal. He had written about the other kids at school and how they were teasing him. They were calling him names and not associating with him. He was truly depressed. I made copies of some of the pages and took them to our family doctor and he agreed my son was depressed and possibly suicidal he prescribed some anti depressants and suggested I purchase acne medication to get to the root of the problem. Luckily for me my doctor was able to point me in the direction of a product that was natural and worked. Within 3 months my son has done a complete turn around and he finally spoke to me about how he had felt. I am including the site for acne help because I know now how this can affect a person and as a Mom no child should have to go through this. htp://doodlebug9.acnefree.hop.clickbank.net
