Learning to build websites by 'going back to school' means committing time to go through a course of study that will teach you all of the programming information that you need to know to create a web site. This involve learning the structure of HTML documents, learning how to work with tags, style sheets, scripts, and more.
You will start at the beginning and work your way through to the end creating little tutorial projects along the way. When you are done, you will know everything required to begin building web sites.
