The caffeine which is contained within green tea is a problem for some people. Some people don't react well to caffeine so we are not going to pretend that green tea is all positive when it comes to ones health, experiencing such unwanted side effects as the jitters, heart palpitations, insomnia, and other unwanted effects are common with caffeine intake.
