Most women believe that once the implant goes in, it becomes a lifelong part of the body. However, silicon shells can be removed through surgery. The cost factor involved in breast augmentation surgery deems it impossible for many to use the implants.
The most popular form of temporary breast enhancement is the bra, which works only when it is worn. Full body bras, as they are called, come in a range of designs. As the breasts begin to sink and sag with age, the best options available to women are push up bras. Under wire bras are the best known for the purpose of providing maximum shape and support. Younger women can opt for the inflatable bra that can be filled up with air or water. There is also the option of the padded bra, which contains a rigid lining of cotton, foam or sometimes, silicon. Women who have undergone surgery for breast cancer, the mastectomy bra and the amonea breast forms are comfortable choices.
Recent years have seen an array of products line the pharmacy shelves, claiming to be temporary breast enhancers. Most of these don't necessarily work and patients do better by not relying on them. The ones that can enlarge the breasts do so by allowing fluid to collect between the mammary tissues.
