The salon was awarded it for the first time in 2005 by its beauty-product provider, Thalgo, and owners Rachel Leech and Elizabeth Coleman found out recently it had kept the status for 2006.
The pair will find out at the beginning of next year whether they have made it three years in a row for 2007.
Mrs Leech and Mrs Coleman set up Reflections at the hotel eight years ago, but it took until 2005 to gain crystal status.
Mrs Leech said the business had gone from strength to strength in that time, increasing both the number of treatment rooms and range of treatments available.
