, company executives pulled the plug on "new" sign-ups. The demand for their system was so huge, and so unexpected that they had to stop signing up new members.
During a recent conference call FREEDOMROCKS Founder and CEO Mark Vincellette stated that existing members will not be charged during this "downtime." This suspension of new registrations was needed to strengthen the infrastucture, establish a call center in Las Vegas to support members, and to allow attorneys time to finalize a new "regulatory proof" contract.
Also being addressed: Establishing the difference between a Customer and a Rep for legal purposes, a required "Compliance Course" will be instituted to protect the company legally, a Certified Trainers Course will be offered to those interested in teaching Compliance, small "tweaks" being added to the Comp Plan to make it stronger & better, and an interactive "Get Started Trading" video is being created & will be available on the website. Also new sophisticated back-office software will be installed during this downtime.
