NEW YORK (AP) - Cytochroma Inc., a privately held Canadian drug company, said Monday that it has settled a federal lawsuit filed against it by drugmaker Genzyme Corp.
Terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
Cambridge, Mass.-based Genzyme filed a complaint in August 2006 against Cytochroma, Proventiv Therapeutics LLC and three former Bone Care International employees, charging the misappropriation of Vitamin D-related trade secrets, Cytochroma said.
Cytochroma said the suit was 'amicably resolved' and the case has been formally dismissed.
