How far will you go to get rid of your cellulite? It's so nasty looking, I cannot think for one moment that there is one person out there that like it. The thing is, it's so sudden!

Cellulite is like the little green monster we all want to kill, we want it dead...for good. The only way to get rid of cellulite is to use the right stuff off course. Whether it's a exercise or cream does not matter. It also depends on what you eat.

Please don't kill the messenger, this is the truth. Eating the wrong foods can increase cellulite and it can happen fast. You also need to sweat regularly. Remember...cellulite is also the water that get's caught beneath your skin between your fatty cells and this causes dimples. The only way to get rid of cellulite is to reduce the water retention and the fatty cells.

Training is also important. Sweating every now and then is a very healthy thing and can help you reduce the appearance of cellulite.

You all saw those t.v commercials about this and that machine that can get rid of your cellulite in a week. That's bogus. Provide me with one technique or product that you know of that was advertised on tv that can get rid of cellulite permanently and I'll stand on my head until I pass out. You are suppose to laugh.

At least there is a way to the cellulite treatment problem...really.
